It’s canning time

It’s Libby’s first canning experience. I harvested while she played in the sunshine. Exhausting work. She is down for the count while Warren and I dip the tomatoes into boiling water and then on to an icy bath to remove the skins.

Libby is exhausted after running around in the garden all morning while I harvested tomatoes.

  1. It’s that time of year again – hopefully Libby had a great nap while you worked away at your tomatoes. I managed to ignore several pails of tomatoes today. Oops. Maybe tomorrow.

Libby is gorgeous, and so are those tomatoes – what a great crop!

I would love to hear your thoughts. I really, really love comments.
