We had 20 inches of snow fall this weekend. The sun rose this morning and the sky was finally clear. It was beautiful. Cold yes, but bright and fresh. I again took my camera with me on my morning walk with Molly.
My place
I LOVE red barns! Fortunately there are lots around here. My idea of paradise.
This is across the road from my house. ” The Corn Field”. It is not mine but I keep a close eye on it. No one lives there. The coyotes love it back in the woods. Molly is always curious and sniffing.
This picture says it all. Beauty in the morning sun. This is why we moved out here.
I feel wonderful after that bit of exercise. I hope your day goes as well as mine.
Beautiful pictures! Much nicer than the view I had, shoveling the drive this morning!
Very pretty with the sun shining down on it – was it really 20 inches? I knew it was a lot, but hadn’t heard how much. Fortunately our neighbour has a plow on his tractor – we have a plow attachment for our riding lawn mower, but that wont cut it with our new super long laneway.
Beautiful pics Diane, so peaceful and serene. Barns are a favourite of mine also-they are the backdrop of country living.
I imagine your snow is just as deep, if not deeper and your world looks like a wonderland too.
